Does It Come With Instructions?
Each order arrives with a physical manual booklet to follow as well as a QR code that will take you to an instructional video. Last but not least, we even have a 24/7 helpline phone number for any concerns you have may whenever you need it
Where Do You Ship & What Is The Cost?
Shipping at North & Stone is completely free as part of our 2025 initiative to boost customer satisfaction.
We ship to over 100+ different cities worldwide. Each shipment undergoes a 24-48 hour window whereby we perform final quality checks & also allow for any cancellations.
Our shipping times are as follows:
United States: 4-6 working days
Canada: 5-7 working days
South / Central America: 7-10 working days
Europe: 5-7 working days
Asia: 5-7 working days
Oceanic: 6-8 working days
What Happens If My Order Arrives Damaged?
Each order is backed by our N&S Satisfaction Guaranteed Program whereby if there is considerable damage on your order, you may provide photo / video proof & get a full refund.
We will also send a replacement via express shipping as an apology for the damage caused during shipment
What Is The 60-Day Guarantee?
Upon receiving your order, each customer is granted 60 days to use the product. Within that 60-day period, you may return / refund the order if you are not fully satisfied with the product
Can I Return / Exchange My Order?
Returns are offered for every order, free of charge. We will fully refund you if you are not satisfied with the order.
In terms of exchanging, this is highly dependent on the item you have ordered. We may offer exchanges for different colors but not for different sizes / features, as there will be a price difference included
Can I Change / Cancel My Order?
Each order is given up to 48 hours to cancel the order before ship it to you.
Within this time period, you may cancel or change the order completely as long as you are able to contact us within the time period.
